Innovative Builders is a property development company operating in the British Virgin Islands.
We have brought together our 25 plus years in design, engineering, construction and finance backgrounds to the marketplace to benefit our existing clients and prospective clients who appreciate the concept of value.
An appreciation of value entails the following;

2). That value is best achieved by balancing a client centred philosphy with the traditional risk reduction based
approach.
3). That achieving value requires a mutual atmosphere teamwork between Owner and Agent.
Our philosophy has always been in trying to find the value proposition in all that we do. This, over the
years has driven our migration from design and engineering to construction and finance.
We have watched with concern the rising cost of construction, from the rising cost of land prices, to the escalating prices of materials, to the low productivity of construction labour, and wondered, How can we afford to build ? How can any but the most well off in society afford to own property ?
These have been the challenges. The good news is, we are better equiped to face them today, more than ever.
